New Logo for Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Lakeside

Faith in Marketing is excited to release the new logo for Our Lady of Perpetual Help (OLPH) Catholic Church in beautiful Lakeside, California!

The parish was founded in 1947 and was located in an old army barracks which was remodeled into a small church. On August 31, 1947, Mass was celebrated for the first time. The present church building was finished in November of 1958. Today, Fr. Ron Buchmiller is the beloved parish Pastor.

“We’re honored to work for such a great parish community in east county San Diego. OLPH has a warm history, and Faith in Marketing is blessed to be part of the parish’s continued growth,” said Thom Hiatt, co-founder of Faith in Marketing.

“Designing a custom logo for a parish is never easy,” said Melissa Hiatt, lead graphic designer for Faith in Marketing. “When you enter OLPH, your eye is drawn to the gorgeous stained glass featuring our Blessed Virgin Mary holding Baby Jesus. The logo mark we created is inspired by this artwork. We made it modern and simple, but with just the right amount of detail.”

OLPH is an active parish with approximately 1300 registered families who participate in wonderful groups such as Legion of Mary, small church communities, Altar and Rosary Society, Knights of Columbus, Young Adults, Faith Formation of Youth, Youth Group, Liturgical Ministries, St. Joseph the Worker, Senior Ministry, St. Joseph Senior Citizens, Adult Faith Formation, Sacramental preparation.

Weekend Masses are on Saturday at 5P, plus Sunday at 7A, 9A, 11A, and 5P. The friendly town of Lakeside also offers many quality restaurants and parks to visit after Mass with friends and family.
